Katie Sollacher (Personal Shopping Consultant)

Katie joins the team at Club Concierge as Personal Shopping Consultant and brings with her a wealth of worldwide experience and flair. She studied at the prestigious Lucie Clayton College in Knightsbridge, London where her focus was on Image and Style. Combining this with her People and Management skills she has taken her talents all over Europe and the United States, traveling extensively to all the worlds’ greatest shopping locations – London, Paris, New York and now Dubai.

As Dubai now boasts some of the most cosmopolitan malls ever, it has become a premier player in the worlds’ most exclusive shopping destinations. Her role as Personal Shopping Consultant has given Katie the opportunity to explore Dubai’s extensive range of luxury shopping outlets which hosts some of the worlds’ most esteemed brands.

Her customer focused outlook and attention to detail are combined with her creative experience, ensuring that the latest trends and fashions are adapted to meet her clients specifications to perfection.

Laura El Nadi (Customer Relations Manager)

Laura brings to Club Concierge a wealth of knowledge and experience.

She has previously worked in both public and private sectors, gaining valuable experience in one of London’s most elite five star hotels and also at the forefront of a world leading international airline.

She understands the requirements of our affluent members and the need to deliver a swift personalised service with minimal interruptions.

Laura’s role is vital to day to day operation of Club Concierge as she oversees all services which are delivered to the members, ensuring that each members request no matter how large or small is catered for and their expectations exceeded.
